Gateway Market’s rewards program offers a convenient way to get all your Gateway Market favorites while earning great benefits.

HOW DOES GATEWAY REWARDS WORK?

When you register as a Gateway Market customer, you’re automatically enrolled into our rewards program. Each time you use your account to make a Gateway Market transaction* in-store, you’re able to accrue points on your purchases:

  • Earn 1 point for every $1 spent on Market items: includes grocery, produce, specialty cheese, meat and seafood, bakery, floral and wine and beer items. (Catering, café and gift card purchases are not eligible for rewards points.)

  • Enjoy special deals on select items to boost your rewards point accrual.

  • For every 250 points accrued within 90 days, you’ll earn an automatic $10 off coupon for your next Market purchase!

Rewards may change over time. Track your earnings in-person – points are listed at the bottom of all electronic and printed receipts.

*Please note: points are only accrued and redeemable for Market/grocery purchases. Catering and café purchases are not valid. Points expire 90 days from accrual.

HOW DO I SIGN UP?

Sign up in-store during your checkout process today. Before you check out, let our cashier know that you’d like to register as a Gateway Market rewards customer. You’ll only have to sign up once; future visits will just require a phone number. The cashier will then ask for the following information to set up your customer account:

  • Phone Number (this will be your primary ID for the program; you will enter it on our credit card pinpad during each transaction to gain and redeem points)

  • Name (first and last)

  • Email Address (required; used for your online ordering, e-receipts, loyalty perks and sales & event information (if opting in).

    • You’ll be asked if you’d like to opt-in to the following:

    • E-receipts (if yes, you’ll get a receipt emailed to you after each transaction. The cashier can print an additional paper receipt at time of purchase if requested.)

    • Marketing emails (if yes, you’ll receive occasional emails from Gateway Market with deals, events, sales and other perks.)

    • Should you ever change your mind, you may opt out of email communication at any time.
